Description

Gate_valve is the threaded stem portion is inside the valve and does not rise. valve disc moves along the stem, like a nut when the stem is turned the stem thread is exposed to the flow medium, as such and suffers its effects. Valve is a mechanical device that controls the flow (fluid) and pressure in a system or process by opening, closing and reducing or increasing the flow.

A rising stem and non rising stem used for not too high pressure and not suitable for vibration. Outside screw and yoke gate valve is very suitable for high pressure. Usually OS and Y is widely used in oil fields and high fields temperature. Because on OS and Y stem up or down can be used as a marker, for example if the stem is high it indicates the position when the valve is full open. if operated the handwheel is fixed and the stem is also fixed

Non-Rising Stem Gate Valve
Features:
1. Small flow resistance.
2. More energy when opening and closing.
3. Height, opening and closing time is long.
4. Water hammer is not easy to produce.
5.  Medium can be on both sides to any direction, easy to install.
6. The structure length (the distance between the two connection end face shell) is smaller
7. The structure of the form is simple, short length, good manufacturing technology, wide application scope
8. Compact structure, the valve rigidity, smooth channel, number of flow resistance is small
9. The sealing surface of stainless steel and carbide, long service life
10. Using PTFE packing, sealing is reliable. The flexible operation of the light
